Fictionalized BiographyEdit

Dead Man's Curve BallEdit

In "Dead Man's Curve Ball", General Manager of the Santa Barbara Seabirds Neil Stillman fired Shawn, who was undercover as the hitting coach, and replaced him with Wade. Later, when Neil was getting ready to kill Shawn, Gus and Cal Eason, Wade showed up, but since he's famous Neil decided he couldn't kill him and ran away, only to be tackled by Henry.

Despite the man who brought him in being arrested, Wade stays as the Seabirds hitting coach under the head coach Mel Hornsby. He argues with Henry over Shawn's hitting stance, with Shawn taking Wade's side as he is a former MLB player. Wade watches as Shawn makes a bet with Mel that if he can hit a home run, he can start at second base, however it goes foul. Wade and Mel then walk away together laughing.
