Wade Boggs is a retired baseball player who played in the MLB for 18 years. He spent most of his career at the Boston Red Sox, but he also played for the Atlanta Braves and the New York Yankees, the latter of which he won the 1996 World Series with. He was an MLB All-Star for 12 consecutive years from 1985 to 1996, and won 5 American League batting titles. He was elected to the Red Sox Hall of Fame in 2004 and the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2005.
He appeared on Psych as a fictionalized version of himself in S6E5 "Dead Man's Curve Ball".
