Todd Harthan is a producer/executive producer and writer for the USA Network show Psych. His only appearance on the show was as an uncredited Zombie extra in the penultimate episode "A Nightmare on State Street".
He has also produced the shows Crash and The Kill Point. He wrote for the above shows, as well as the movie Skinwalkers.
