The Super-Sized Psychtacular Binge-A-Thon was an official event that took place on USA Network during which all 120 Psych episodes were aired in order as part of four separate marathons over the course of April 2020, starting on Wednesday the 8th at 10pm ET with a 31-hour block of seasons 1-2 until 5am ET on Friday the 10th. Over the next three weeks, two 32-hour blocks and a 26-hour block would follow for the remaining six seasons.
The event was part of USA Network's network-wide #ALLin campaign, which was created in reaction to the rise in binge-watching during the COVID-19 pandemic quarantines. USA Network's Social Agency of Record Digital Media Management (DMM) organized its own tie-in social media campaign during the event to revive the Psych social media accounts. One hour before the event started the main cast participated separately in an Instagram Live organized by Steve Franks, and the day after the first marathon was over they all jumped into a video call together to reminisce about the series. Among the many new posts throughout the month were a Psych nickname generator, a Psych bingo card and several "psychtacular" recipes, and the campaign also included a writers Q&A as well as a cast + executive producers Q&A.

- Steve Franks revealed that there were plans to have S5E11 "In Plain Fright" air in 3D during the event, with 3D glasses to be distributed through Entertainment Weekly and 7-11, but executives shot down the idea.
