Neil Nebersol is a sales representative at the Central Coast Pharmaceuticals branch in Santa Barbara and therefore a colleague of Gus's. He absolutely despises his cruel boss Dorian Creech and claims to fantasize about killing him every day. This immediately establishes him as Shawn and Gus's main suspect when Creech actually ends up getting murdered, but he is let off the hook when Gus can verify his alibi of being on the phone with his shrink at the time of the murder.
