Minka appears in S5E8 "Shawn 2.0" as the barista at Shawn and Gus's favorite coffee place. She puts a movie question up on the board behind her every morning, which Shawn always aces. However, this time she catches him out by asking how many F-bombs there are in The Usual Suspects. Before she can tell Shawn his answer of 97 is wrong, Declan Rand appears out of nowhere and confidently gives the correct answer of 98, leaving Minka amazed and visibly charmed.

- During Minka's scene, we learn that Gus always orders six chocolate chip muffins and a chocolate milk, and that Shawn always orders a latte and one of various baked goods.
- Minka is portrayed by Katie Findlay, who would go on to appear as Bryn in Psych 3: This Is Gus.
