He is standing at the lobby counter when Shawn and Gus arrive to check Henry in as Talmadge McGulager, and Pamela later uses him to intimidate our duo into actually filling in the related paperwork that they'd rather ignore. When Shawn and Gus lock themselves in Pamela's office to investigate, Pamela yells to Lester that she needs his key.
