Leland Bosseigh High School, commonly referred to as Bosseigh High, is Shawn and Gus's alma mater that is mentioned several times throughout the series and featured in S3E2 "Murder? ... Anyone? ... Anyone? ... Bueller? and the series finale "The Break-Up". It is also featured in the spin-off web series Psych: Flashback to the Teen Years.
Their football team is called the Sabercats, who won the state championship at least seven times. Strangely enough, their '95 win mentioned in "Murder? ... Anyone? ... Anyone? ... Bueller?" isn't honored on the plaque visible in "The Break-Up".
Murder? ... Anyone? ... Anyone? ... Bueller?[]
Shawn and Gus go back to Bosseigh High for their 13-year school reunion and have to solve the murder of Peter Colter, who is pushed off the school's roof during the reunion by Howie Tolkin and Eileen Mazwell.
The Break-Up[]
In the series finale, Shawn overhears Gus tell his boss Mr. Richmond that his Bosseigh High days were the best of his life and that his troubles melt away whenever he revisits the school after-hours to clear his mind and get perspective. Shawn considers Lassiter's advice to tell Gus the bad news that he'll be moving away from Santa Barbara "someplace that's gonna make him happy, filled with happy memories" and decides to take him to Bosseigh High. However, once there Shawn never gets the chance to deliver the news because Ian Collins confronts the two at gunpoint and they have to escape the premises in The Dualberry, the very same car they learned to drive in back in their high school days.
Psych: Flashback to the Teen Years[]
In Psych: Flashback to the Teen Years, Shawn and Gus are featured at Bosseigh High in chemistry class (episode 1), at a job fair (episode 2) and in the parking lot for driving lessons (episode 3).
