Kurtwood Larson Smith is an American character actor, probably best known as the father Reginald "Red" Forman on That 70s Show, and (in total contrast) as Clarence Boddicker, the sociopathic, murderous crime boss in RoboCop (1987). He has also appeared in fare as varied as 24, Dead Poets Society, Star Trek: Voyager and Green Lantern: The Animated Series among his 130+ credits and can currently (2014) be seen in Resurrection. He portrayed Captain Brett Connors on the USA Network hit series Psych in "Forget Me Not".
