Keegan Connor Tracy (née Tracy Armstrong) is a Canadian actress best known for her roles in the film Final Destination 2 and the TV series Once Upon a Time, Beggars and Choosers, and Bates Motel. She also portrayed Priscilla Osterman in the Psych episode "Cloudy... With a Chance of Murder".
