Juror 5 (portrayed by Allie Bertram) is part of the jury for Sandra Panitch's court case. Shawn notices perspicaciously that she is very displeased with the tie Adam Hornstock is wearing and is worried that it might affect her judgment. He therefore coerces Gus into lending Adam his tie, vastly improving Adam's image in the eyes of Juror 5.
Cloudy... With a Chance of Murder[]
In the original episode, this character (portrayed by an unknown actor) appears in a different role and features instead as the equivalent of Juror 3 of the remake episode. Juror 5 is a scruffy man who's part of the jury for the court case featured in the opening sequence. Henry uses him as a subject to train Young Shawn's deductive reasoning. Shawn notices that he looks untidy, nervous, and unconfident. The hole in his collar allows Henry to conclude that he must be single, completing the lesson.
The role of the Juror 5 character of the remake is played by Juror 4 in the original, who is a bit older than Juror 5 and also looks more sophisticated.
