The actual name of this character is Juror #3, but the wiki does not allow for the inclusion of pound signs in article names.

Juror 3 is a scruffy man who's part of the jury for the court case featured in the opening sequence. Henry uses him as a subject to illustrate to baby Shawn how to make deductions based on someone's appearance. Since Juror 3 is wearing a shirt that he buttoned wrong and which has a hole in the collar, Henry deduces that he must be single. From this he draws the conclusion that Juror 3 will likely vote in favor of the defendant, a young and attractive woman.

In the original episode, Juror 3 doesn't appear as a character. The scruffy man used as a subject in that episode is instead referred to as Juror 5.
