Jocelyne Rae Loewen is a Canadian actress best known for her voice roles in English anime dubs, including dubs of Megaman NT Warrior, Popotan and Escaflowne. She also portrayed Lobster Shack Blonde and Sandy in the Psych pilot and S6E14 "Autopsy Turvy" respectively.
