Jeri Ryan, born Jeri Lynn Zimmerman, is a German-born American actress who rose to prominence as 'Seven of Nine', the Borg crewmember on Star Trek: Voyager, originally introduced purely to 'enliven' the key demographic. She has since starred on Boston Public. Shark and Body of Proof as well as numerous guest star spots. She also portrayed Dr. Kimberly Phoenix in the Psych episode "The Head, the Tail, the Whole Damn Episode".
