Jeff is the attendant at the Yucatan Salon and Spa, which Shawn and Gus visit to figure out who is behind a recent string of robberies. An awkward situation arises when Shawn tells Gus to ask Jeff whether Fred Turk or Philip Keiser have ever used his services and Gus decides to ease into the conversation by pretending to have a tanning appointment. Jeff doesn't quite understand and is worried about offending Gus, but in the end Gus just drops this tactic and directly asks about Turk and Keiser. Jeff says they are regulars, and that it's always the single guys that keep up with their tans. This reinforces Shawn's belief that the culprit is a woman, although it turns out to be a little bit more complicated in the end.
