Highway Harry is the manager of Billy Lipps & The Guys Behind Me. He is a drunk that nobody can understand except frontman Billy Lipps. He arrives drunk and incoherent at Billy's thank-you party. While there, the lights went out, and when they came back on Harry was face-down in his food, and pronounced dead by Leslie Ann. Everyone else at the party split up to search for Billy Lipps's guitarist Rip, who was suspected of killing Harry, and when they came back to the dining room where Harry's body was, the body was gone. Later, the lights went out again, and when they came back on Harry was standing there. When Billy asked where he'd gone, he said he passed out, and when he woke up he walked away and found the secret chocolate room.
