Heather Rockrear (portrayed by Ashley Fliehr) is one of 'The Thin White Duke' William McGoldrick's henchpeople in Psych: The Movie, the other being Black Gentleman Ninja. They shoot and hospitalize Juliet's partner Samuel Sloane in his own home on the orders of their boss, who has a bone to pick with the SFPD.
Heather later finishes the job at the hospital by dressing in scrubs and asphyxiating Sam to death with a pillow, apparently after force-feeding him the dongle William had stolen. She is getting into the elevator back down right when Juliet arrives, who doesn't see her.
During the confrontation at Alcatraz, William's boss Allison Cowley assigns her to take of Henry and Woody, and she unleashes an array of wrestling moves on them. However, she is unexpectedly incapacitated by Henry when he manages to catch her leg with his scarf. The two men are then helped by Karen to finish her off with folding chairs.
