Gregor Uwe-Steeb (né Gregory Lipstanski) was the chairman and founder of the Ciao! fashion company and married to its president, Ciaobella Masterson. As he treated his employees disrespectfully and even stole designs from vice president Emily Bloom, he was not a very well-liked boss.
Gregor was having an affair with affiliated model Sigrid and wants to get out of his marriage, but he didn't want to lose half his company to Ciaobella as a result of their nearing 10-year anniversary. He therefore poisoned her green super food powder with arsenic. When Ciaobella found out about the affair, however, she electrocuted him by removing the grounding from the mic stand at a presentation, having lowered it so Gregor would be forced to touch it and complete the circuit. It seemed Gregor's plan had failed miserably, but Ciaobella's bulimia meant that the poison simply needed somewhat longer to take effect, and she died at his funeral. Later on it seems that Gregor would have been responsible for a double homicide when Emily also used the powder, but she managed to survive after having her stomach pumped.

- Karen refers to Gregor as a "homegrown celebrity", so it would seem he was born and raised in Santa Barbara.
- Gregor married Ciaobella on Abaco, a small island in the Bahamas. Since this was a private ceremony, however, most people (including Shawn and Gus initially) were under the impression that the two only got married two years later and were approaching their 8th anniversary instead of their 10th.
