Forensic Investigator is new at the SBPD and is assigned to investigate the death of Mortimer Tilden. He makes the mistake of blowing into the evidence bag to open it further before putting in the bottle of pills that killed Tilden and is chastised for this by Lassiter, who calls him Blowie derogatorily. He then moves on to the kitchen, where he opens a cabinet and the refrigerator while completely ignoring the fact that Shawn and Gus have followed him somewhere they shouldn't be. He can later be seen collecting evidence at the scene of Gloria Starks's carbon monoxide poisoning as well, measuring the amount of CO that was emitted by her car's exhaust pipe.
