Dahlia Towne, who also went by the pseudonym of Thea Summers, was the daughter of Ellis Beaumont and Veronica Towne who was adopted at birth, and the half-sister of Jordon Beaumont. She shot and killed Ellis after he confessed that he had murdered her mother. She is portrayed by Amanda Schull.

Santabarbaratown
In "Santabarbaratown", when Shawn, Gus, and Henry were interrogating Jordon Beaumont about his whereabouts the night of his father's murder he says he was with Thea. When talking to Shawn, she says that she wouldn't say her and Jordon are dating, just seeing each other, as they're not sleeping together.
Later, when looking for Jordon, Shawn and Gus show up to Thea's room, where they find him pretty easily standing behind a curtain. Shawn punches him in the face as Thea looks on as he thinks it was Jordon who had hit him the night before, but then Shawn got a call confirming it wasn't Jordon, so Shawn and Gus quickly left to find the real perpetrator.
Just as Thea is breaking up with Jordon, saying they just won't work, Shawn and Gus with the SBPD show up, and Shawn explains that Thea discovered that her biological parents were Ellis Beaumont and Veronica Towne, and that her mother was murdered by her father. She showed up and demanded that Ellis take her to her mother's body, and then murdered him in a fit of rage. Thea is then arrested and taken away.
Trivia
Her name appears to be a composite of the unsolved 1947 'Black Dahlia' slaying and the pen name of Robert Bertram Schwartz who, as Robert Towne, wrote the Academy Award-winning screenplay for Chinatown.
