Brock is a security guard at the Glorious Pines retirement community. Shawn and Gus meet him when they are trying to sneak into the home for the seventh time only to be found by Brock and ejected from the premises.
They meet him again in one of the home's hallways shortly after Henry has gone undercover as Talmadge McGulager. He rudely bumps into fellow security guard Jervis Kent and wants to throw our duo out of the home, but there's nothing he can do this time given that they have visitor's badges. He makes sure they know he'll be watching them, though.
Brock is later seen escorting Sam's stretcher past the pool area, after the resident had collapsed inside the home, in order to clear a path.
He walks into the dining room with the real Talmadge while Shawn is confronting Meredith Cloverfield, so Shawn quickly wraps up his little show and escapes Glorious Pines together with Gus and Henry before Brock can get to them.
