Bradford Claude Dourif is best known to current filmgoers as Grima Wormtongue from Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings trilogy (2001-03). However, his earliest notable role was a quarter of a century before that as the occasional sidekick of Randall P. McMurphy, Jack Nicholson's anti-hero protagonist of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest in 1975. He has since appeared in over 150 shows and movies, including a pivotal core role in Deadwood as Doc Cochran, and a recurring run on Star Trek: Voyager as homicidal Crewman Lon Suder. He played Bernie Bethel on the USA Network hit series Psych in the episode "Shawn, Interrupted".
