Blitzen Ross is a pharmaceutical company based out of San Francisco. Gus started working there 11 days after moving to the city.
In Psych: The Movie, Shawn leads El Proveedor and two of his henchmen (#1 and #2) into the building as they try to make him pay for stealing El Proveedor's jewels. However, Shawn hides under Gus's desk and Gus then directs the criminals away. In the meantime, the chase causes quite a mess and upsets several people, not in the least Gus's Boss, who apparently believes it is somehow Gus's fault and wants a word with him once the dust has settled.
